We source organic, fair trade and conventional coffee. While the other coffees do not bear the WFTO label, they are still responsibly sourced either directly or in a traceable manner. Some of the smaller coffee industries in various countries replicate fair trade practices and mechanisms but are not necessarily recognized by international labeling organizations. We support farmers and organizations with a track record of providing fair prices to growers.
Central America
This region begins as north as Mexico, extending as south as Panama. General flavor profile: chocolate, caramel and vanilla.

This region is straight forward, with Brazil and Colombia serving as the highest producers. The entire continent grows coffee. Brazil, for example, is medium bodied and low acidity, generally. Sweet and aromatic.
