Our espresso blend is kinda complicated. It is a five bean blend from around the globe. It is roasted and blended in an old-school Italian way- balanced, smooth and not too intense. It speaks loud, but has a fair point! A blend of Costa Rica, Guatemala, Sumatra, and Colombia. The fifth bean is secret. Preferred roast is medium.
